Maloni: Devi

In Superficial: Maloni becomes the night sky when she falls asleep. Unconsciously, her psyche mandates all the causes in the stories of Superficial. So, although this character may be the one who sits in the corner and observes the goings on of her those around her, she also CONTROLS the fates of all life and universe of the world of Superficial.

Devi: The Great Goddess
The Great Goddess, known in India as Devi, has many guises. Devi is first seen as cosmic force, where she destroys demonic forces that threaten world equilibrium, and creates, annihilates, and recreates the universe.

Wikipedia: Devi is synonymous with Shakti, the female aspect of the divine, as conceptualized by the Shakta tradition of Hinduism. She is the female counterpart without whom the male aspect, which represents consciousness or discrimination, remains impotent and void. Goddess worship is an integral part of Hinduism.

Devi is, quintessentially, the core form of every Hindu Goddess. As the female manifestation of the supreme lord, she is also called Prakriti or Maya, as she balances out the male aspect of the divine addressed Purusha. [1]
